  Took some time to arrive, but well worth it. The Lovander plush is exactly as described, great quality and condition, and it looks great, I love it! The shipping cost was okay at first, until DHL held my item hostage until I paid them an extra $18CAD just to deliver it. I already paid a lot of money for this item before the extra fee out of nowhere, so NGL that kinda sucked. I know it's not the seller's fault, but honestly I really hate it when couriers like DHL hold my package hostage like that

  Plush is very well made, and arrived in perfect condition! Shipping was slower than expected, but that was due to USPS messing up the shipment, seller got it resolved as soon as I sent a message, excellent communication. Will buy from seller again.
