  This is the 2nd time ordering from this seller (I didn’t realise when I ordered only when I had to contact seller with a query on delivery again) both times the delivery has been really slow and outside of the delivery window listed when purchasing. The seller has said it’s eBay’s fault as they put the delivery timeframes on. Never had estimated delivery issues with other sellers when ordering at the same time. Complete waste of money as arrived after I needed them on both occasions.

  Waited over 2 weeks and the cake topper never arrived. The seller was unhelpful, stopped replying to any messages, I’ve given them more than enough time to put it right, but they were not interested in helping at all. From the tracking, I’m not even sure it was physically posted. Since ordering, I’ve read another very similar comment in their feedback. Very Disappointing.

  Delivered on time—please refer to Royal Mail tracking: 320698628000645E9FD80. We received only one message from this customer, sent on the very day the item was delivered, claiming non-receipt and requesting a refund with compensation. Unfortunately, it is not reasonable to receive an item on time and then assert non-receipt while demanding reimbursement. Please note that we diligently check tracking numbers daily to ensure accurate delivery records.
