  Not as posted. It would've been helpful to know beforehand if the item had been sold or not advertised as if it were still available. When I got an update on my order, it said that a refund had been issued, but without any further explanation. I was just left to assume that the item was either out of stock or sold already. A much better line of communication would have been great.
