  Lovely item, very well packed, arrived safely in the UK from Japan. Came quickly - 1 week sooner than ebay scheduled. Sadly it had a problem - motor wasn't working. I immediately informed the seller who quickly responded with apologies & asked me to return it for a full refund plus postage. Happily someone here told me what was wrong. Quick fix, great item! The best service is when things go wrong and this seller gave the best there is on all counts! Recommended without reservation.
