  Item arrived well packed in bubble wrap and a nicely sealed plain brown box. Item was in perfect condition, appearance is as new even though it had to be listed as a used item. Seller went out of their way to have this item delivered to me the day before Christmas. Amazing quality. Great value. Would highly recommend using this seller!!

  I purchased this camera on NOV 24th as a Christmas gift. I'm not familiar with cameras, so I didn’t realise it was broken when it arrived. After my partner received it, we encountered several issues, some fixable, but others weren’t. The seller was unhelpful when I reached out for advice, even though the camera was described as being in "perfect working condition." A professional confirmed the flash and autofocus motor were broken. The return claim was denied despite evidence. Terrible service.

  What a scammer. After using the camera for a month and a half, demanded a refund after breaking it. Bits of broken glass visible in the flash itself.... Have no words, a shame to see such buyers
