  The seller didn't see the whal blade she sold me where horribly used and very dull. She sold them as New/ Open container. I contacted her immediately after receiving the blade. And described to her the problem and sent photos. She Immediately responded with her apologies and within 10 minutes I received a full rebate for the sale! I'm highly impressed with the honesty of this seller.

  This seller is excellent. Everything descried perfectly. Shipping is always on time. Packages are always protected with plenty of bubble wrap. Ornaments that feature Light, Motion or Sound are always Videoed and displayed with other pictures so you know the item works. This seller is an excellent communicator.
