  I am positive about my interaction with the seller. It took a few days to send but then UPS lost the package by delivering to the wrong house and the seller said they would refund right away as they did not have a replacement item in stock. They did refund quickly. The seller communicated every step. Although UPS loosing things is part of doing business online - I really appreciate the response by the seller very much. I would certainly trust doing business with this seller again.

  Thank you for offering an affordable and reasonable price on these diapers! The diapers were in great condition and unopened. The packaging was secured, there was no damage.   There was a mix up with the shipping, so I havent received the product yet. However, when I notified the seller, they took responsibility for the missing package and is sending me another one. The seller responded to me very quickly also. The seller was informed on Friday 4-11-25 and I should expect my replacement package monday or Tuesday this week! I felt like my problem was prioritized and I was handled respectfully.
