  We ordered an emblem for the rear of our car. I double checked and that's what we ordered. On receiving the emblem it was found to be actually for the front of the car. We needed it immediately since we had waited for it for some time. We tried to make it work but it would not. Our fault for just not returning it. But I messaged the seller to let them know they sent the wrong one. Not one response. No apology. Would not cost them a penny to acknowledge that they sent the wrong one.

  Terrible communication. Received the product 3 weeks late and they never responded to my emails about the status. Now the product is broken and I can’t even used it and again they are not responding to my emails. I am filing a claim with eBay. Avoid this seller at all cost.

  I did not receive the item. I paid for the item and I have not received it. It was supposed to be delivered by Thursday May 8th. I sent the seller a message and they have not responded as of yet. It shows a shipping label has been generated but the item has not been delivered to the post office yet.
