    Sorry for the late review! The item matched as described, packaging was excellent, value was great! And the shipping was fast! I’m so happy to get this little guy! The seller was very responsive and sweet :) I asked questions about the item’s history and they answered as best they could. The item ended up being worth more than I paid since it was found to be working but the seller was so kind and honored the price. Highly recommend! ❤️ thank you so much! And yes, I have to clean his fur 🤣.

    Very happy with this seller!! Had an issue with a broken piece (which was NOT the fault of the seller!), and they were very communicative, and went above and beyond to rectify the situation. They shipped it quickly, packaged it securely, got a great deal, and it looks even better than described! Will def buy from again!

    I received the carpet balls I opened the box but when I saw how well they were packaged I changed my mind since I have to take them out of state to my mother's house. Shipping and box are fantastic so I'm sure they are fine and as described. Overall, a great value too, thanks so much.

    I ordered the item. Upon shipping the seller noted the paint had been damaged. He sent me the item anyways and issued me a FULL refund before I even received the item. This is what honesty and customer service are all about. There is no choice but 5 stars here. Integrity deserves no less. Thank you to the seller. I really appreciate it.
