  The sneakers were as described, brand new, they look great and they were half the price of the Vionix web-site or retail stores. I'm very happy with my purchase. The box was beaten up a bit, but it don't care about that. They were listed for a great value . They were shipped through either UPS or USPS and arrived soon after I ordered them.

  Seller was responsive, although they were not able to answer my question about condition (if inserts were included with 1/2 size). It was priced very fairly and received quickly and in the description as noted. Would purchase from seller again.
