    This was the first time I bought anything used online. I waited a month to purchase. Rachel answered my questions and the pictures were an accurate representation of the shoes. I was surprised that the shoes came in the original shoe box with the cardboard inserts in the shoes and branded tissue paper. It looked practically brand new as described. Great price & fast shipping. Would definitely buy from Rachel again. She included a small hand written message on the box which was a nice touch.

    The seller is absolutely lovely. There was a mishap with the delivery, and it was sent back to the seller and they graciously agreed to send the shoes to a new address. The shoes are just as described, they look new and are very comfy. Great value for the price!
