On the invoice included in the box, the size that I had actually ordered was crossed out with black marker. I complained and the seller offered a return, but that would've been at my expense and time. Luckily the larger size was an acceptable fit, but I really would've appreciated a message from the seller before they sent a different size than what I ordered. Other than size, the item was new as described.

Larry at Shoe Lodge cancelled the sale and quickly refunded my money. Then, a week later, the slippers magically appeared at my door. I let Larry know, and he handled a new payment for me, as well as thanking me for my honesty in letting him know that the item had arrived after all. I have previously purchased from Shoe-Lodge and will do so again. Honesty works both ways.
