  The silver bar was not real and returned it was no problem. Seller was very good to communicate. Seller did not have return label for me to send back. So I talked to EBAY said donot pay for shipping urself . Seller must send you label. Some how got my $$ back but still waiting for seller shipping label. I will still trust this seller buy something else besides silver in there website.

  They were honest about confusion with the item listing. They offered to refund the purchase and it was cancelled promptly. Although I did not follow through with the purchase, they stayed courteous and tolerated my grumpy state.
