  It arrived exactly as described. And well packaged. It was a little pricey; even more than I paid for the next larger sized suitcase. I have 2 pieces that match & I’ve been looking for the mid-sized bag for 3 years, so I’m happy to have a match to my luggage collection.

  It was beautiful. Exactly like the pics and condition as described, tag still on and smells brand new. I appreciated their independent business style packaging, it helped keep the scent fresh. It took a while to ship but came at a good time. I am so happy for the bear. It seems good material and doesnt seem cheaply made. I will be in possession of this for a long time.
