  Contacted seller for 3 lighters that were sold to me. All 3 lighters were Completely unacceptable and unusable I tried to get a refund and nothing. Would not buy a flint from this seller again

  We told this buyer that we stand behind our 100% return policy and would refund them for the purchase. Note: We stated in the listing that we don’t test the thousands of lighters in our inherited collection. The buyer never created the return on their end so there was no way for us to complete the return transaction. We told the buyer this, but they disagreed and said it was something we had to start the process on. We still offer that return if this buyer ever decides to follow the eBay policy
