    I ordered this Gravity Chair but they could not get it to me before I left on vacation because they were going to be late on the delivery. But the owner let me know immediately and I had to ask for a refund. Which they refunded the money that same day. I was very impressed with the communication with them. I would definitely order from them again

    Sent the trailer instead of the pet carrier and immediately shipped the correct item after contact. Communication was excellent. We were told to keep the trailer and will donate it to a local animal rescue on the islands of Bocas Del Toro Panama. Mistakes happen. It is always a pleasant surprise when companies are so quick to fix an error. The pet carrier is excellent and has already transported 2 rescues using our custom built trailer. The Mooncool trailer is excellent quality too!
