The package arrived undamaged .The only thing I was disappointed in ,was the time it took me to receive the prints. I ordered on August 5, I received an email that they would be here on August 8th. I had a tracking #. The tracking # did not even track yet. Then I get an email it would be August 8-12. Nothing on the 8/12 Then I get email for August 16. The tracking # did not even get mailed until until August 9.
