When I sell I always wrap my items with a little extra flair. Now I know how people feel when they buy from me, and open my packages. I was so delighted to see my lovely dress wrapped in a nice package and tied with a lovely little bow. We bargained on the price as it was a best offer and came to a mutual fair price.   The seller was outstanding. However, the US Postal Service in Mobile was absolutely horrible. Once my parcel arrived in their regional center, they sent in to NY when it should have gone to the Gulfport, MS Mail Processing Facility. After being sent to NY, it then went to several other cities in NY, then 2 cities in Ohio. Needless to say, my boots took a long roadtrip. This is the third time this facility has misrouted my packages. This Mobile facility needs to seriously be audited.

  My order was shipped promptly however one piece was broken. I sent message to seller and she immediately responded. Money was refunded within just a few minutes. The mugs are beautiful as described and pictured. The refund issued will help me to buy what I need to complete the set so I feel it was certainly a fair deal.
