  Most unreliable and inconsiderate seller I've experienced so far. placed the order on 10/03 and seller still hasn't shipped by 10/09. I reached out to the seller who promised they will send by 10/10 but still hasn't sent it. This seller's words aren't worth anything and is unreliable. Would not recommended buying from this seller if you want to receive your item on time. I've never had a seller who hasn't even bothered to ship the item in 7 days.

  Dishonest rude seller buyer beware! Shipped 11 days later after case was opened. No packing material to protect item, used masking tape to close box. Used item was sold as New. Dirty with fingerprints all over it. Has signs of light wear. Manual was incorrectly folded and wrinkle. Manufacturers box did not have Styrofoam or plastic protecting item and was loose in box. Paper scraps were in machine and box. Not sealed. Probably bought 2nd hand and didn't inspect or research item before listing.

  This buyer paid $30 for a book binding machine that regularly sells for double that even in used condition. I listed it as new based on how it looked when I received it. The box appeared clean and unopened, so I didn’t inspect every piece inside. The complaint about a wrinkled manual is something I never saw, and the item looked unused.I clearly told the buyer they were welcome to open a return if they weren’t satisfied. Instead, they chose to repeatedly call me rude and dishonest rather than

  Size was incorrectly advertised UK 10 not US 10. Which wound up being a US 11 or 12. Far too big. Easy mistake perhaps. But partial refund was issued. Given the cost of the item this was a fair trade off given the alternatives. Donating to a good cause.
