  -Shipping and packaging was carefully done to ensure safety of product especially something as delicate as crystal. -Minor hiccup on item as described which seller was able to come to an agreement to resolve. -Seller has great value. ! Excellent service and timely response! I give this overall experience 5 out of 5 stars. I would purposely rate it low in stars just to catch other buyers attention to read this feedback, however seller deserves their stars!

  Colloidal Silver is a VERY functional assist in health care and I speak from experience as a user and a health care professional. This purchase went awry because the USPS never delivered my purchase. The seller communicated consistently and supportively and fast as lightening refunded the cost , as soon as I requested it.
