  I purchased two lanterns and unfortunately one arrived with a couple gashes on the front. I messaged the seller and they responded quickly and fixed the problem almost immediately. This shop offers amazing customer service. The other lantern looked just like the picture. So cute! Can purchase with confidence from this seller.

  Item was shipped and received incredibly fast, in perfect condition, and it works as advertised. Seller’s description mentioned possible open box or factory second, but it seemed sealed and included all the foam packing and such, and if it’s a factory second I can’t spot any irregularities. It was shipped in its original packaging so you could see what it was, which isn’t a problem in my neighborhood but it’s something to be aware of. All in all, absolutely stellar deal and great seller!
