  Labeled as a short print (SP) but is base. The photo shows a black border, but is in fact silver which is also misleading. Not even shipped in a top loader or sleeve, but in soft plastic. Scratches and peeling on the top. Charged $2.50 to ship it in an envelope without any care for the buyers money.
