  Very disappointing. Knife was ordered September 3rd, with an anticipated receipt by the 12th at the latest. Informed seller on 13th that item had not arrived, received no reply. Got message from USPS on 15th that item had been shipped that day. Envelope arrived on 19th, empty, with a hole in one corner. Immediately sent message to seller with photos of the envelope. Finally received a reply and refund on the 21st. A small piece of extra wrapping on the knife would have prevented this.
