  I had to reach out to the seller after buying, as I saw the product hadn't shipped for a couple of days. However, the seller quickly responded and clarified he was moving locations, hence the delay. Once it arrived, it was in perfect condition and I couldn't be happier. Great price when compared to other sellers!

  I was initially sent capacitors with the wrong value and was unable to contact the seller. I applied to ebay for, and received, a refund after returning the incorrect capacitors. I subsequently learned that the seller had been incapacitated by a fall and had been unable to respond to the problem. He has now responded and replaced the capacitors with the correct items without further payment a a goodwill gesture. I commend and recommend this seller for his action..

  The order was paid for but has yet to be received. Despite it saying USPS shipping, there is no shipping information and does not appear to have shipped. I have contacted the seller and Ebay and have yet to receive a response. It's no longer giving me the option to cancel the order.
