    This laptop was delivered on time; which was a reasonably quick delivery. It came wrapped in a roll of bubble wrap inside a cardboard box. The laptop was the same as shown on the pictures and it came without the charger (this was noted in the description). The price was below average for this category of laptop which makes it an excellent buy. The vendor carries other very well priced items which will save you time from perusing and comparing prices since the prices are below average. 5 stars!!!

    The item came in the condition it was described and shown in the ad. Not only that, but most of the scuffs shown in the photo was just dirt and came off with a good wipe down. Looks almost new now! Seller shipped next business day so that was much appreciated. Would buy from this seller again!

    Great price. Fast shipping. Unfortunately the screen got cracked in shipping. Seller provided great communication and took the item back with a full refund. I would purchase from this seller again in the future.

    The item was shipped super fast. Not a ton of care with the packing - wrapped loosely in bubble wrap with no tape, and in a big box so it might have bumped around. The computer works great, but there is a cosmetic defect that was not noted or evident in the pictures - a discoloration of the screen that is mostly not noticeable when illuminated. Still a good deal, all things considered.
