  The seller did an excellent job packaging a fragile glass lamp shade. Unfortunately, USPS delivered it severely damaged and unusable. The seller offered to replace the product which I declined. When I requested a return/refund, the seller responded with a refund within 15 minutes. I feel they are very trustworthy.

  She was beyond excellent...my favorite ebay seller. When my glass globe arrived smashed, she jumped right on it and sent me another one immediately. I hope she gets reimbursed by the shipper because it was double boxed, bubbled wrapped, and marked fragile. Fortunately the second one arrived intact, Lots more bubble wrap

  After receiving a shattered globe that went to a lamp I purchased, I’m extremely happy to have found this seller. Packaged quite professionally (compared to the first one I received from another seller) it arrived in perfect condition. It’s beautiful and well worth the price.
