  After I received the shade pull, I reached out to the seller. I explained I received the correct ring, but the wrong base. I told Tim to send me a packing label and I will send the incorrect one back. Tim promptly told me not to send it back. He said just keep it and I will send the correct shade pull and he apologized for the inconvenience. EXCELLENT CUSTOMER CARE!! Thank you Tim from Shade Doctor! Great price and fast shipping.

  This has been one of the best transaction that I've had on eBay. Customer service was excellent. They were very accommodating making sure that the purchased items were the ones I needed. These were as described , reasonably priced as well as shipped fast and securely, arriving priror to their estimated date. This is a seller which hands down will use in the future.
