  The item was as described and arrived in perfect condition due to thepackaging. Due to a snow storm in the area I live in, the shipping was delayed at my post office. The seller was tracking the shipping as well and reached out to me to check status which really impressed me. The item easy priced accordingly and once I received it, I was very satisfied. This seller is very responsible and I would buy from them again.

  The item was packaged well, but unfortunately not as described (not solid brass). The seller responded to my message immediately and issued a full refund (when it could have been a partial one). Although I was a bit disappointed with the product discrepancy, the seller offering a full refund without a return went above and beyond my expectations! Thank you for making things right. I would purchase from this seller again.

  I’m very pleased with my purchase, the item is in perfect condition, just as described and pictured, and was packaged really well! I was impressed by how well it was packaged. It got delayed in shipping but that’s entirely the fault of the USPS and NOT on the seller, who shipped it really fast.

  Good transaction overall. Add did show a stand and none was included. On me as I did not check the printed description to ensure a stand. Not a big deal. Otherwise, good communication, well packaged and tray is as described.
