  Item received was in perfect condition as expected. I was impressed with the quality of the cap and fast shipping. I was totally shocked when I received the damaged package. See attached photos.   I ordered two hats. Exactly as described, the hat looks new with durable embroidery and seems like it'll outlast my incredibly appreciative grandfather. This was the best deal I saw for price and shipping, and the seller was very accommodating. 10/10 would recommend; if I need another, I know where I'll be shopping again.
