The DVD drive was faulty but this was sorted out quickly & efficiently. Communication, via ebay, was good. Packaging of the kit was very impressive - probably the best I've seen. Tracking was also good but you do have to wait for the tracking number. Overall I would certainly use ServerShopping/Anisa again.

Unfortunately, one of the servers accidently didn't get shipped but they contacted me on WhatsApp and were very apologetic and even compensated by upgrading the 4x 600gb drives to 4x 900gb, mistakes happen and it is clear they have brilliant customer service and communication. Highly recommend and will be where I purchase used servers from in the future.
