    The drive was shipped quickly and arrived in safe packaging with a bubble wrap sleeve inside a solid sturdy cardboard box with snug fit. The drive itself was DOA, however customer support responded to my RMA request quickly and gave me a return shipping label free of cost. I received a full refund after 24 hours of the drive being returned to their offices and inspected. I have purchased multiple HDD from this seller, this is the one and only time I had issues with the HDD I received.

    I ordered a hard drive from Server Part Deals that not only was a good price for both the item and shipping but when It arrived it was well packaged and physically in like new condition. Upon powering the drive up I saw it had some bad sectors. I started a return, and the Server Part Deals people were very friendly and issued a refund promptly. While the specific drive I ordered had issues, I would still buy from the seller again in the future. Thanks.

    Item arrived super fast, and was as described by the seller. The hard drive was nicely packed into the package, and wrapped in anti-static wrapbto protect it. I would recommend this seller, and would buy from them again!

    For context, one drive was DOA, but the seller provided great communication. In addition, the packaging was outstanding. If you need trustworthy warranty during the first 30 days from this seller, you will be more than satisfied to communicate with seller if there are any doubts.
