  The Vintage Denmark taxi badge that I bought from sergeitero was lost in the post. When I contacted the seller ha was very helpful and advised me to submit a claim to EBay who immediately initiated a full refund. Whilst I am naturally disappointed not to have the badge. My claim for a refund was settled immediately to my entire satisfaction. Hopefully I can do business with sergeitero again in the future.
