Friday the unit was delivered to my home but I was not home so on Monday FedEx delivered the product. I thought I had awesome service from E-Bay and FedEx. Happy with service and delivery time.

There were three 3 boxes shrink-wrapped together on a lightweight skid for a gross weight of 154 lbs. FedEx dispatch called to inquire if I had any lifting equipment. As a resident, I did not. They called Senville to request an additional charge for a lift gate truck delivery , which they graciously accepted . In my case, it wasn't necessary as delivery driver and I removed the shrink wrap an unloaded the boxes easily into the back of my truck.

No where on the box did it say this side up. Why would it be shipped with the both the inside and outside units in the same box. So the heavier outside unit was sitting on top of the inside unit. To say nothing of the compressor also being upside down. I sure hope this thing works when I can get it installed. I have inspected the inside unit to make sure it wasn't smashed or broken. Appears ok
