  Absolutely 1st rate product, excellent quality and very well made. Extremely fast shipping and arrived well packaged with zero damage. On unpacking I thought I had the wrong product in the box even though labeling indicated correct item. Contacted seller and received immediate response....I didn't look hard enough in the packing material...100% my fault but seller was prepared to replace regardless. Fantastic value, perfect condition, amazing appearance, noticeable improvement in shifting.

  The item arrived in new condition as described, well-packaged and came with manufacturer's product information. The only shortcoming with the purchase was the time it took to deliver. This was not the seller's fault. The USPS delivered the item to a variety of USPS service facilities before it finally found it's way to my address.
