  I ordered this for my kids as a Mother’s Day present with not much time ahead of time and I explained that I would appreciate it if it could be shipped the next day it was and arrived just in time. It works perfect and was just like it was described in the listing. I feel like I got a good deal and it had no damage. Very happy with the seller!

  Item just as described packed very well clean and went the extra effort to make sure it was not damaged in shipping arrive intact with no problems. Works perfectly swapped out my old broken unit in 30 minutes and we were up and running. fast shipping via fedex. Take a lesson this ebay member is the best no problems what so ever.

  I received the item and discovered it was sadly searched but not by the seller . I communicated it to them and they reached out immediately and resolved the issue. I really appreciate the response and great customer service. I hope to do business again in the future .

  I had a small problem with one of the hearing aids I received. And the seller was very nice and understanding about my concerns. He offered me several options to accommodate me and the issue. He addressed the issue the same day I messaged him and he wasted no time trying to resolve the issue and he was more than willing to help me and he was very fair with all the options he offered to correct the problem. This man is honest and understanding and wants to please his customers. A plus to him.
