When I received my item it was damaged I reported it and the seller replaced the item with no delay. The postage service was excellent. The packaging was excellent. Initially was not as described but happy that the replacement was. Good value. Sometime things go wrong which you can expect, it’s how it’s fixed that matters, and it was fixed really well

Absolutely brilliant service from start to finish! Purchased a driver’s side door for my BMW 420d M Sport — the packaging was outstanding, ensuring the door arrived in perfect condition.
