  This seller went above and beyond with their communication. We encountered a shipping issue and they responded within minutes each time we contacted them. They were very accomodating and honest to boot. The packing job was excellent, the items were exactly as shown and as described in the listing. I feel the price was in line with other sellers, so no complaints there, especially since it was shipped from Canada to the US during a strike. A+ Would buy from again anytime.

  Item was received promptly, was well-packaged with plenty of environmentally-friendly padding and, once the box was opened, it was evident that the item was exactly as described in the listing.   Was exactly as described, shipping was fast, good value, and packaging was exceptional! There was a small piece of bubble wrap inside the case to keep the disc from jiggling in transport. Haven't actually popped the game in yet to see if it works, but it looks great. If the game doesn't work I'll update the review but there aren't scratches or anything

  Item in excellent condition as described by the seller, the controller is fully functional and as good as new. The controller was well-wrapped to avoid any damage. Shipping was a bit slow, it was not related to the seller but UPS delivery was delayed due to severe weather and I got it 3 days after the UPS deadline. The PS3 controller is perfect, I'm happy that I'll be able to play my favourite PS3 games again. I recommend this seller. Thank you!
