  Excellent seller and amazing product! Item arrived exactly as described, brand new, well-packaged, although camera lens is sort of scratched because it didn't have any protective tape but doesn't really matter. Arrived in six weeks and ahead of schedule. Proper tracking was available. Highly recommended. Product looks heavy duty, works fast and savage. Great value for money. Features are model specific.   IMPORTANT NOTE: DO NOT THROW AWAY PACKAGING BEFORE ACTIVATING UNIT!! Your "Activation Code" is on the "Inspection Card" within box. I didn't know this and had to reach out to customer service, who responded amazingly quickly. They were VERY helpful and ready to resolve issue. Fortunately, I still had box. GREAT company and VERY well made unit, which has all of the functionality advertised (You WILL need to update it before use). You won't regret it!

  Looks to be a well built scan tool with nice blow molded padded case and 3 yrs of updates for far less than my OTC Genysis. So far I have used it in the shop for over a week now, and I have no complaints. Packaged very well, arrived in perfect condition. "Great customer service". We had a prpblem with shipping of first order, contacted customer service. They advised making a claim. Refunded my money, I reordered and got the product I ordered.

  Super-fast delivery! tool was package extremely well; I have no issues with anything this company has done. Tool is used, BUT you would never know it, its appearance is clean and works as advertised. Was a lot cheaper than other tools I looked at, now it's just up, to me to figure out how to use it properly. Would be happy to buy anything from them again....
