  The packaging was compact and secure and excellent. Shipping took a bit but it was coming from out of the country. The item was in good shape. Unfortunately the seller sent the wrong item - however, they were responsive in resolving the issue with a full refund. While I was disappointed with getting the wrong item, I'm willing to buy from this seller again with how they resolved their mistake.

  Can’t say enough about this seller. Fast shipping, packaged safe and secure with care, highly communicative, all well beyond average. There was an issue with the shipper and the seller was quick both to respond and to take action. The item was eventually delivered in great condition. We need more people like the seller here.   I was very impressed with this purchase! The item arrived in excellent condition and was packaged with great care! Despite being shipped from Japan to the UK it arrived promptly. The seller was incredibly helpful! They kept me updated at every step of the process from when I purchased the item to when it arrived. They even included a little paper crane in the package which was greatly appreciated! I would wholeheartedly recommend this seller and wouldn't hesitate to purchase from them again!

  Came surprisingly fast despite the recent natural disaster in Japan. Seller was very nice and responsive. The game came in really outstanding condition. They are basically new minus the shrink wrapping. Absolutely 0 flaws, scratches or defects! Additionally seller included a cute sticker on the wrapping and a small bundle of paper crane.
