    First time tried to purchase with all kinds of issues. I was waiting for item in the mail then informed of possible replacement because jeans not found possibly already sold so money was refunded. Then informed they were found and unable to purchase website wouldn't allow purchase. Frustrated but she kept in communication with me trying to speed things along. For a while I thought jeans were sold. Finally success purchase at same price. Seller is exceptional.
