  Item received was not what was advertised. Packing was inadequate and the item I needed was damaged as shown in the photos. You can plainly see the broken, damaged wires in the after photo's. To make things worse, they told me I did not know what I was talking about and that it was still serviceable! They never offered any compensation either! Be aware of this seller!!!!!!!!!!

  We inspected this coil before shipping — it was removed from a fully working Denon DP-7 and was in proper condition. The “damage” mentioned is just a minor mark on the enamel, which does not affect function. The winding is intact, no copper exposed, and no loose turns. Minor cosmetic wear is normal for used parts. We offered to accept a return and refund, but the buyer refused to return the item and demanded a refund without sending it back. This feedback is not accurate or justified.
