  Everything was as described. I got the package within two weeks, even with being out of country. The seller was very responsive and helpful with all of my questions and mishaps. I would definitely buy again from the seller. It was great doing business with them.

  Postage was quick and packaging was okay. Item was arrived on time however had got damaged during the delivery process. Sent an inquiry through ebay to seller and straight away seller replied and helped dealing with this situation and gave me all the options i have regarding a refund. Unfortunately due to the delivery process fault the item indeed was damaged but due to the options provided by the seller. Im for sure happy with the service provided. And for sure come back.

  Item arrived as described if not slightly better to be honest, had a small missing piece that was high lighted on pictures but I never noticed! Once I contacted them about it they were good enough to find me one and send it out! Superb customer service 👍

  Item was found to be damaged on arrival. It was packed well and delivery was fast. Seller did everything to ensure a problem free return and was courteous throughout. Refund was given without question on return of item. Thank you for an excellent service.

  Excellent transaction! Item was delivered by courier (over 250miles) less than 48 hours after I placed the order with SotonCarParts. It was well wrapped and in good condition - and was the same item I'd ordered (distinguishing marks in the photos on the seller's website proved so). I'd recommend SotonCarParts to anyone and everyone and will use them again if I need to source other 2nd hand car parts

  Great service. Delivered within 2 days, Well packaged and condition as per described and photos. . Some minor cosmetic work required but able to carry this out myself. Full size wheel to be used as emergency spare in my Volvo estate and taken on long UK and Continental journeys. I have no confidence in gel and compressor puncture repair kit that most manufacturers now supply, A retrograde step not to provide full size spare wheels!
