  Everything was as described. I got the package within two weeks, even with being out of country. The seller was very responsive and helpful with all of my questions and mishaps. I would definitely buy again from the seller. It was great doing business with them.

  Postage was quick and packaging was okay. Item was arrived on time however had got damaged during the delivery process. Sent an inquiry through ebay to seller and straight away seller replied and helped dealing with this situation and gave me all the options i have regarding a refund. Unfortunately due to the delivery process fault the item indeed was damaged but due to the options provided by the seller. Im for sure happy with the service provided. And for sure come back.

  What to do when your husband reverses in to a tree in the car park? Send for Soton Car Parts of course! Second hand parts that look like new if you can't afford to pay a fortune. And wouldn't you know it they offered a discount too! Why go anywhere else? Advert said there was some very minor scratches but I couldn't find them. Item arrived promptly on Monday morning, packaged like the crown jewels were inside. I'm so impressed with this seller I'll save them in my "saved seller" list.

  Item arrived as described if not slightly better to be honest, had a small missing piece that was high lighted on pictures but I never noticed! Once I contacted them about it they were good enough to find me one and send it out! Superb customer service 👍

  Item was over a week late but not at the fault of the seller. DHL delivered to the wrong address. The seller did everything he could to get this collected and re routed back to me . I was always kept updated and finally got my parcel. Really professional seller, highly recommend
