I sent mine everything looks great on return to me. Instructions on reinstall. I sent mine usps paid 42.00 dollars to ship said 3 days ,but mine got there in 6 days. I tracked it usps fault there. But then my repair was done as I was told 24 hours. Shipped back to me with no problems . I would use again . One more thing. They packed my return very well.

I am located in Canada so chose to try eBay international shipping. Was only $16 USD but took about 10 days after it was delivered to the eBay international hub. If I was to do it over, I would have sent a prepaid return label to speed up return shipping. I reiterate that service was excellent and my only advice to international customers is to consider making your own return shipping arrangements
