  Don’t be fooled by UK address - Unit was a cheap Chinese knock-off. They’ve ignored my 3 attempts to negotiate a refund or send correct unit. Be very careful when dealing with these guys.

  Completely False Review, 1) You did not pay for the silhouette name. How can these be Chinese if they are made with custom names? 2) Never requested refund. We are always happy to provide refunds when asked, which I will promptly do now.
