  Order arrived on Saturday morning Jan 4 2025, box and the product were both in excellent condition. This type of Sony wired extra-bass earbuds are difficult to find where I live in Canada; the seller communicated with me and was very accommodating in re-sending the order to an alternative mailing address due to our recent postal strike. Overall the product and service was very good value, and I have no doubts as to the quality of this Sony product.

  The items came today a few minutes back. The packaging was sturdy and the two speakers are safe and sound. Looks good but I have not yet tested them. Not a conventional design, I must admit. Strongly recommend the item and the seller!

  It's easy to give positive feedback when everything goes smoothly, but it's when an issue arises and the seller does everything to make it right is when positive feedback really means something. I missed the delivery and didn't get notification that it was at the post office waiting for pickup. So it got returned to the sender. This process can take ages, but the seller made sure I got a replacement before they got the item back. That's how you recognize a trustworthy seller. Highly recommended.
