  Items arrived as described and in great condition which I’m thankful for, but it took the seller 11 days to ship out the package. A total of 16 days (12 business days) for the package to arrive. I sent the seller a message after 7 days but never heard back. I know life happens, things come up and am okay with longer shipping times if communicated ahead of time.
