So instead of questioning ebay and USPS, he takes it out on me. Everyone who reads this reply, please feel free to investigate it yourself on USPS for a 13 ounce package from 34613 to 94558. It is a $9.45 cost. This buyer is being a bitter human being at the shipping issue and increased costs associated with getting a item delivered to them. He actually expected me to pay out of my pocket.
