    Item finally came, after a few weeks of delay. Most likely from the snow delay. Box was quite beat up, USPS retaped and wrapped up the box in clear wrapping. Items were ok at least. Seller had good communication. Good seller. Thank you.

    First, I have to say the wrong item was sent and I contacted the seller. Immediately he apologize and sent out the corrected one with no questions asked. This was a wonderful experience and I would certainly purchase from the seller again.

    There was an issue with shipping and the secure delivery of the product, but the seller was able to make everything right. It is an amazing and beautiful product that is high quality and for a great price! As a buyer, I could not ask for the seller to have done better in responding to my concerns when 1 of the 2 shipments failed to arrive. The seller immediately responded and corrected everything! Very happy buyer on this end to have everything resolved and a great bed/frame in my new home!

    Sent me the wrong frame initially. They were quick to respond when I told them this. Without asking they took it upon themselves to send me the correct frame and it arrived quickly. These guys were great. Would definitely use them again if needed.

    The vest was new as described, it looked great, was great quality and an exceptional value, but unfortunately the wrong size. However, as soon as I mentioned it to the seller, the seller responded quickly and made it right immediately. The seller went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with the transaction. I would definitely do business with them again.
