    Item arrived broken due to no fault of seller, had visual damage to outer packaging and indications of rough handling/being dropped.. Seller was responsive to queries and insurance claim. Was given full refund. Item did look to be of acceptable quality otherwise and was sold at a good price.

    The seller is very responsive and very positive. I har an issue with the part not being in the box (I'm not sure if it was stolen, it's very possible). I messaged the seller, he responded with sympathy and quickly offered to either refund or send a new part. I opted to get a new part, he sent it out the same day and sent the tracking number. I got it in less than a week! Will definitely buy from this seller again.
